A vote is set for the proposed merger between Spirit AeroSystems and Boeing. In a filing before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Spirit issued a notice of a special meeting of stockholders for January 31st. If the merger is approved during the meeting, the deal would be finalized by mid-2025.
