Most Kansas counties are turning down new shipments of the COVID-19 vaccine. Sixty-two counties across the state will not get new vaccines this week because officials say not enough unvaccinated residents want the shot. A teenager is accused of setting a fire at a southwestern Kansas meatpacking plant. The blaze was reported early Sunday morning at the National Beef plant in Liberal.
