A teenager is accused of setting a fire at a southwestern Kansas meatpacking plant. The blaze was reported early Sunday morning at the National Beef plant in Liberal. Crews were able to contain the fire, and police were able to determine who started the blaze. The 18-year-old suspect was booked for aggravated arson.
