Kansas officials are reacting to Saturday's deadly mass shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh. Governor Jeff Colyer has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset on October 31st. Colyer calls the shooting in Pennsylvania a terrible act of violence. Eleven people died when a gunman opened fire at The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
