A Coffeyville teen is under arrest in connection with a deadly drive-by shooting in Independence. Eighteen-year-old Benjamin Mason is accused of shooting 19-year-old Kimberly Meeks along Main Street in Independence on Saturday evening. Meeks died at the scene, and the man who was with her fled.
