Enrollment is up at Kansas' public universities. The Kansas Board of Regents says the state's public higher education system has experienced a four percent higher headcount over last year. An arrest is made in a Kansas murder case. Fifty-six-year-old Joseph Ferraro was arrested yesterday at a hotel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on a warrant for first-degree murder. The skeletal remains of the victim, 39-year-old Levi Ellis, were found last month in Wilson County.
