Governor Signs In-Person Learning Bill

MetrosourceApril 7, 2021

Kansas public schools will be required to offer full-time, in-person learning to all students.

Governor Laura Kelly has signed a measure into law that she says is a testament to her administration’s efforts to get people back to school and work.

Kelly noted that all Kansas schools already offer on campus learning options, and she added that schools have taken measures to safely re-introduce in-person learning.
