Former Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer is ending his bid to get his old job back.

Colyer announced yesterday that he is ending his campaign for the 2022 Republican nomination for governor to be treated for prostate cancer and to focus on his medical practice.

Colyer, who served as governor from 2018 to 2019, has endorsed Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt in the governor’s race.
