The death of a Kansas prison inmate is under investigation. Forty-year-old Brooks Vonthaer died after being found unresponsive in his cell at the El Dorado Correctional Facility yesterday afternoon. A state task force is recommending less screen time for students at school. The Blue Ribbon Schools Task Force on Screen Time has recommended that Kansas schools ban cell phones, headphones and smart watches during the school day.
