State Treasurer Seeks Owners of Unclaimed Funds

Jake LaTurner wants to reunite Kansas residents with cash that’s owed them.

Officials say the Kansas State Treasurer is responsible for 350-million dollars of unclaimed property in the Sunflower State.

Those funds reportedly include uncollected paychecks, old utility deposits and unclaimed insurance payouts.
