Salina Central took third at the Newton Invitational. Lukas Freelove paced the Mustangs with a 6-over par 78, putting him in a four-way tie for third. Aaron Hawley was 18th with an 84.

Salina South placed fifth. Parker Renz and Parker Norton had rounds of 83, tied for 13th. Cole Stein was one shot back with an 84, tied for 18th.
