The Kansas Bureau of Investigating is working with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a case after covert video was recorded in a restroom area

According to the KBI, on January 16th their help was requested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office to assist in an investigation involving an allegation that covert video was recorded in a restroom area at a girls basketball tournament in Lincoln.

A juvenile suspect has been identified.  No arrests have been made at this time.

The agency says “timely contact was made with the individuals believed affected by this incident”.

The investigation is ongoing.
