A Salina man is arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run accident.

Acording to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, 62-year-old Lewis Grider of 1007 Hartford was arrested late Friday evening.

Grider is accused of hitting 49-year-old Gail Lynne Kline, who was riding a bicycle on West Crawford Street west of Salina Friday morning. She was found lying in the North ditch by a passerby.

A tip led to the recovery of the suspect vehicle, and the arrest.

Grider was booked into the Saline County Jail on charges that could include involuntary manslaughter.
