A new entertainment venue is coming to Salina. District Eat and Play is coming to the Central Mall.

Mall officials tell KSAL News District Eat and Play will be located inside the space vacated by Sears.

The new facility in Salina will be modeled after the District Eat and Play in the Orlando area of Florida. That facility includes a restaurant and bar, boutique bowling alley, billiards, escape rooms, and an arcade.

District Eat and Play’s  mission is to “become the local premier entertainment destination by providing a one-of-a-kind experience that energizes everyone with an enthusiastic welcome, legendary service, spectacular food, and an unforgettable time”.

Officials say more specific plans for the Salina location will be made available in the near future.
