Here is a look at what each HOA school baseball and softball team has done this past week:
BENNINGTON
The Lady Bulldog softball team swept Remington 11-1, 14-4 on Friday. … The Bulldog baseball team split with Remington on Friday, winning the first game 3-2 and losing the 2nd game 9-1.
ELL-SALINE
The Lady Cardinal softball team got swept 20-5 and 14-10 by Smoky Valley on Thursday. The Lady Cardinals swept Marion 16-1, 16-1 on Friday. … The Cardinal baseball team got swept 9-5, 14-6 by Marion on Friday.
HUTCHINSON TRINITY
The Lady Celtic softball team competed against Ell-Saline on Thursday in a doubleheader. … The Celtic baseball team competed against Little River on Thursday in a doubleheader.
INMAN
The Lady Teuton softball team swept Hillsboro 13-0 and 17-1 on Thursday. … The Teuton baseball team lost 14-13 against Little River on Friday. The Teutons swept Pratt-Skyline 16-1, 15-5 on Tuesday.
MARION
The Lady Warrior softball team got swept 16-1, 16-1 by Ell-Saline on Friday. The Lady Warriors were swept 16-0, 15-0 by Council Grove on Tuesday. … The Warrior baseball team swept Ell-Saline 9-5, 14-6 on Friday. The Warriors got swept 8-2, 18-5 by Council Grove on Tuesday.
MOUNDRIDGE
The Lady Wildcat softball team swept Canton-Galva 8-5, 6-4 on Friday. … The Wildcat baseball team swept Canton-Galva 20-5 and 15-0 on Friday.
REMINGTON
The Lady Bronco softball team got swept by Bennington 2-1 and 14-4 on Friday. The Lady Broncos split with Sterling on Tuesday, winning the first game 11-1 and losing the 2nd game 17-2. … The Bronco baseball team split with Bennington on Friday, losing the first game 3-2 and winning the 2nd game 9-1.
SEDGWICK
The Lady Cardinal softball team swept Sunrise Christian 8-5, 11-4 on Tuesday. … The Cardinal baseball team lost 14-0 against Kingman on Thursday. The Cardinals went 0-2 on Saturday in the Kingman tournament, losing 10-4 against Halstead and 13-0 against Southeast of Saline.
STERLING
The Lady Black Bear softball team split with Remington on Tuesday, losing the first game 11-1 and winning the 2nd game 17-2.
