Salina police arrested two Salina men this morning for crimes ranging from possession of drug paraphernalia to theft and burglary.

Joshua Angley, 34, and Steven Bishop, 26, were spotted by Salina PD on the 800 block of North 8th Street around 2AM with a brown purse on the ground near them. Suspicious, the officer began to approach the two, causing Angley to take off running.
