A Wichita man was apprehended yesterday morning in Salina when he was found driving a stolen car.

Randy Shelinbarger, 59 of Wichita, was driving a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica on the 800 block of East Crawford when an officer in a tag reading vehicle got a positive hit on his tags.

It was then discovered that the vehicle was stolen from Wichita. The keys were left in the vehicle, and the vehicle was valued at $5,000.
