VIDEO: Graffiti Vandals Caught On Camera

A couple of suspected graffiti vandals are caught on video, and police are asking for help in identifying them.

According to Salina Police, over the past few days they have received several reports of graffiti being painted on public and private property. The suspects were caught on video on Sunday in the 100 block of South 5th Street.
