Salina Police Log 7-7-16

Police are investigating a burglary from a storage building at Sankey Auto Center, 801 E. Crawford, sometime between July 1st and July 6th. Police report a 1-foot by 1-foot window was broken to gain access to a 9mm Ruger pistol, and a key fob for a Dodge Ram truck. Loss and damage is listed at $750.

Cash was taken from a vehicle over the Fourth of July Holiday. Police say $485 was stolen from a wallet inside a 2002 Oldsmobile parked in the 1200 block of Faith. Two video games were also taken. Total loss is $525.

Glass on a basketball goal located in a yard in the 100 block of S. Presley was shattered sometime between 11pm July 4th and 7am July 5th. Damage is estimated at $600.
