A couple of burglaries highlight Thursday’s Salina Police log.
- A burglary was reported at 1012 Pershing. Sometime between Tuesday at 1pm and Wednesday at 2:30 pm a window was broke to gain entry to the home. Item taken include a non-working red Fusion 49cc moped, a JVC floor model 50 inch TV, a metal computer stand, a Sealy brand twin mattress and box spring, and a Bowflex brand exercise unit. Total loss and damage is estimated at $890.
- Vandals damaged a car and a home at 2511 Mitchell. Sometime between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday, at 2511 Mitchell, a Nissan Altima was scratched on one side and a window on the home was broken with a blunt object. Total damage is estimated at $700.
