Salina Police are investigating a Tuesday morning stabbing.

According to Captain mike Sweeney, just before noon officers were sent to Salina Regional Health Center in regard to a stabbing.  Upon arrival, they met with a male in his 40s who was suffering non-life threatening multiple stab wounds.

The stabbing was the result of a disturbance on W. Republic.

Police have identified a suspect.
