Salina Police search for an unknown suspect who stole money from two unlocked cars inside a garage.

Salina Police Capt. Gary Hanus tells KSAL News: Sometime between 10:30 Saturday night and 6:20 Sunday morning someone entered a garage and stole an undisclosed amount of money from two unlocked cars. The garage is attached to a home in 2300 block of Edgehill and didn’t show signs of forced entry. The residents were at home at the time but, didn’t hear or see anything suspicious.

Capt. Hanus reminds everyone to always lock vehicles and garage doors.
