Mobile Device Stolen

Salina Police are investigating two unrelated burglaries

Police are investigating after a mobile device was stolen from a patron at the Salina Public Library.

Police report Lyla Brooks of Salina told officers that during a 5-minute window of time on Wednesday morning that someone took her Samsung cell phone.

Police say Brooks left the device on a counter near the Technology Center at 11:40am and it was gone when she returned to the counter at 11:45am.

The phone is valued at $500.
