The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatality crash that happened late Friday night south of Salina.
According to the agency, a vehicle was headed south on I-135. For an unknown reasons it left the left side of the road, entered the center median, crossed to the northbound lanes and was struck by another vehicle.
Names, and more specific details of the vehicles were still no available Saturday evening.
The crash happened at 10:23 Friday night in McPherson County, 4/5 of a mile south of the I-135 and Smokey Valley Road junction.
