Man Accused of Multiple Burglaries

A Salina man has been arrested in connection with multiple burglaries of a downtown business.

Police Sgt. James Feldman says that 35-year-old Brian W. Luebbert was arrested Wednesday.

Luebbert is accused of:

  • 2/6 stealing a wooden bench from in front of Laura’s Antiques at 109 S. Santa Fe
  • 2/19 stealing a Kenmore mini refrigerator and the front end of pickup truck from inside Laura’s Antiques at 109 S. Santa Fe
  • 3/8 – 3/9 twice entering Laura’s Antiques at 109 S. Santa Fe

Along with the arrest on Wednesday, a search warrant was executed at Luebbert’s home at 620 Johnstown. Feldman says that a portion of the stolen items were recovered.

Luebbert could face multiple charges that include burglary, theft, attempted theft, and violation of a no contact bond.
