Four inmate deaths are under investigation at Kansas prisons.

The Kansas Department of Corrections say two inmates at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility, one at the Larned Correctional Mental Health Facility and one prisoner at the El Dorado Correctional Facility have died since Friday morning.

Authorities are trying to determine if illegal drugs were a factor in the inmates’ deaths.
