Holcomb Plant to Reopen After Fire

Tyson Foods is getting ready to reopen its Holcomb plant.

An August 9th fire at the plant damaged an important area containing hydraulic and electrical systems. Repair crews have spent the last three months replacing the plant’s roof, piping and pumps and installing new wiring and electrical equipment.

The plant will start receiving cattle during the first week of December and will be fully operational in early January.
