Did you feel it? The U.S. Geological Survey says an earthquake shook parts of Kansas and Oklahoma Friday afternoon.
According to the agency, a magnitude 4.4 earthquake was centered near Medford, Oklahoma. The earthquake happened at around 3:30.
The earthquake was felt throughout parts of Oklahoma and Kansas.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
Earthquakes of this magnitude, ranging between 2.5 and 5.4, are often felt but only cause minor damage.
