Damages During Domestic

A Salina woman faces multiple charges following a domestic altercation.

KSAL News is told by Captian Gary Hanus of the Salina Police Department; Officers were called to the 2400 block of Pinnacle Dr. around 9:20 PM on the 17th for a domestic disturbance in progress.

Officers made contact with two parties at the residence and attempted to piece together what happened.

The couple was previously in a relationship and were arguing over their divorce and other domestic issues. During the disturbance the suspect, a 30-year-old female, allegedly broke dishes, a small ornament, a computer, and the computer monitor.  The victim, a 30-year-old male, tried to remove himself from the situation but was attacked by the female suspect.

The suspect got into her vehicle and left but soon returned and intentionally ran into the vehicle the victim was sitting in, causing damage to both vehicles.

The total damage is estimated to be over $1,500

Khatrina L. Main was taken into custody following a field sobriety test and is being charged with: Felony Damage To Property, Domestic Violence Battery, and DUI.
