Business Burglary

Salina Police responded to a burglar alarm that sounded early Sunday morning at Chuck’s Bar and Grill, 600 N. Santa Fe at 4:53am.

Minutes later officers found an empty safe inside the business with the door left open.

Police say there was no sign of forced entry to the bar and no damage to the safe.

Police Captain Mike Sweeney did not disclose how much cash is missing.
