Argument Leads to Arrest

KSAL StaffMarch 16, 2015

Police break down a door after a Salina woman calls for help.

According to Captain Chris Trocheck, officers arrested 34-year-old Robert A. Davis early Sunday morning after responding to a call in the 1000 block of Millwood Drive.

Police say they were outside the home and heard a woman inside yelling, “get off me,” before they stormed in.

The 29-year-old female victim had called police after Davis allegedly punched her multiple times following an argument.

The woman had cuts and bruises on her face but was not treated for her injuries.

Davis is now facing charges that include battery, criminal restraint and aggravated intimidation of a witness.
