Jordyn is an English teacher at South Middle School. This is her first year teaching. She chose to become a teacher because her mom is a seventh-grade teacher and has been a strong inspiration. Her mom pours so much into her students, and Jordyn hopes to be half the teacher she is. Her favorite part of teaching is building connections with students and seeing them grow every day, and she loves that her students are so special and make each day an adventure. A fun fact about her is that while vacationing in Belize, she once ate a live termite straight from the nest.
