Multiple residential thefts are under investigation in Salina.

A theft on the 600 block of Bishop was reported  on December 29. A race car trailer was broken into by prying open the lock and $6,000 in power tools and racing equipment were stolen.

Another theft was reported yesterday on the 100 block of West Crawford. Jewelry including a topaz ring and men’s watch were stolen from inside yesterday morning. The total loss is valued at $1,600.

No suspects have been named in either case.
