A Salina woman was arrested following an altercation that involved a gun.
Salina Police say that 27-year-old Gloria Carruthers went to an apartment at 2363 Chapel Ridge at 1:00 Sunday afternoon to confront another woman. Allegedly, she pounded on the door. After the woman eventually opened the door, a confrontation ensued.
During the incident Carruthers allegedly retrieved a gun from her car and threatened the woman with it. She left the scene when the woman called police.
Police a short time later located Carruthers. She was arrested on multiple charges that could include aggravated assault and making criminal threats. The gun was not recovered.
