A Kansas Highway Patrol trooper is among two people injured in a crash in Sedgwick County.

The crash took place early Saturday morning when an SUV struck a parked emergency vehicle near Kellogg and Hillside.

Trooper Matthew Wagner and the driver of the SUV, 41-year-old Albert Plante, were taken to hospitals with suspected minor injuries.

Plante was later booked for suspicion of DUI.
