Suspect Arrested in Home Burglary

Police recover a stolen laptop and make an arrest in a burglary investigation.

Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that 35-year-old Jack Urbanek of Salina was arrested on Wednesday in connection to a residential burglary that occurred in early October.

Police say Urbanek entered a home in the 300 block of Woodlawn and stole a Dell laptop computer, 500 gigabyte hard drive and a PlayStation controller.

He’s now facing charges that include burglary and theft.
