A call to police about a suspicious person in Wal-Mart’s parking lot leads to the arrest of a Salina man.
According to Captain Chris Trocheck, officers found 21-year-old Wesley Robertson in his pickup Tuesday afternoon around 12:13pm inhaling vapors from an aerosol spray can.
Robertson was cited – and then arrested about 45-minutes later when Wal-Mart staff called again about Robertson shoplifting a can of Ultra Duster aerosol spray.
Police say they found 14 empty aerosol spray cans in his truck, ten of which he told officers he shoplifted from the store.
