A man’s bizarre behavior prompts witnesses to call Salina Police.

Officers found 42-year-old Daryl L. Knox dressed only in a pair of pants, rolling on the street and screaming while his 4-year-old son stood nearby.

Police say Knox was on the ground in the 200 block of E. Republic on Tuesday afternoon at about 2pm.

Knox told police he had smoked a mix of potpourri earlier.

Police obtained a search warrant and found drug paraphernalia plus methamphetamine in his home. Knox is now facing multiple drug charges including child endangerment.

The boy was released to the care of his mother.
