Salina Police are seeking a known suspect who allegedly hit a 40-year-old man in the face with his fists after an argument turned violent just after midnight on Monday. The victim was transported from his home in the 700 block of North 3rd to the ER for facial bone fractures and bruised ribs.
Salina Police arrest two out of state men for shoplifting. Staff at Salina’s Wal-Mart called police after two men allegedly left the store with 2 Dell computers on Friday night. Officers found the two a short time later at Target on Market Place. Further investigation led officers to believe the two had taken 5 televisions from stores in Goodland, and Colby. Police arrested 32-year old Michael Lucero of California and 39-year-old Oscar Jones of Colorado on felony theft charges.
