Salina Police are investigating a couple of burglaries – after items are taken from a car and an enclosed trailer.

Police say someone removed a purse and a tote bag containing perfume, greeting cards and breast pump from a Ford sedan that was left unlocked on a driveway in the 1800 block of Highland sometime between Monday evening at 6:45pm and 7:30am on Tuesday. Total loss is listed at $659.

Police report that 2 padlocks were cut off an enclosed trailer that was parked in the 1300 block of Armory. Police say sometime between September 30th and October 6th, someone removed 10 tires, 4 rims and lug nuts, 2 aluminum ramps and 2 fire extinguishers from the trailer. Loss and damage is listed at $1090.
