Police are investigating a vehicle burglary at Salina Central High School. Two 17-year-old students told officers that someone entered their unlocked car while it was parked at the school sometime between 2:15pm and 4pm on Monday and removed a bag with clothing and a Nintendo game controller. Thieves also stole a wallet that contained ID plus $300 cash. Total loss is listed at $456.

 

An iPhone is missing after a student misplaces his digital device. Police say a 14-year-old student was on his was to gym class Monday morning at Lakewood Middle School and gave a friend his iPhone 5c to hold for safekeeping. The friend misplaced the phone and it appears to have been stolen. Total loss is listed at $500.
