A Salina man with a warrant out of  Colorado was taken into custody on Tuesday night.

According to Police Lt. Andrew Zeigler, around 10pm staff at the McDonalds restaurant on Planet Avenue contacted authorities after a man would not leave the business.

Police contacted 32-year-old Jordan Fisher of Salina and discovered he was wanted on an outside warrant and was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
