A Salina property owner contacts police after he discovers a squatter on his land.

Police Lt. Andrew Zeigler tells KSAL News that 58-year-old David Mullins was arrested for criminal trespassing and possession of methamphetamine after the property owner told authorities Mullins would not leave the property located near the intersection of Chicago and Elm Street.

The man was living near some shipping containers on the property.
