Male Suspect Calls in Bomb Threat

Police evacuate a Salina pharmacy after a bomb threat on Tuesday.

Employees at CVS Pharmacy at 681 S. Ohio contacted police after a male called in a bomb threat Tuesday afternoon just before 2:30pm.

Two Salina Police patrol units and Salina Fire crews were on the scene as patrons and staff were evacuated.

Nothing suspicious was found and the store returned to normal operations a short time later.
