Bob Roberts talks about the restrictions on some Kansas fishing lakes.   These are designated fishing lakes and most other boating activities are prohibited so jet skis and water skiing are not allowed.  Fishing is fair to good with Channel Catfish or White Bass a best best at many lakes.  Lot of people so be nice and be careful when on the water.
