A Salina man is arrested for indecent liberties with a child.
Police arrested 44-year-old Wilmo Haake, 423 S. 9th, on Sunday after being contacted by the Department of Children and Families in August about two incidents that allegedly took place inside Haake’s home.
Police say their investigation revealed a grade school aged girl was molested on two occasions in April of 2013.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that Haake was acquainted with the girl.
Haake is now facing charges that include 2 counts of indecent liberties with a child and 1 count of criminal sodomy.
