A homeless man in Salina is suffering from injuries sustained from an aggravated battery.

The victim was found at the Pilot Gas Station by police, 1944 N. 9th St., covered in blood.

The man had cuts along his hairline and chin, a broken lower jaw, and a skull fracture.

He was taken from the scene by EMS to Salina Regional Health Center.
