VIDEO: Quick Change Scammer Caught on Camera

A man accused of a “quick change scam” is caught on video.

According to Salina Police, on June 5th a black male went into the Salina Wal-Mart and performed a quick change scam. He was wearing a checkered shirt, dark pants, and a ball cap.

The man allegedly began a cash transaction at a checkout lane using a single bill. He ended up confusing the clerk, and after a series of requests scammed his way into more money before walking out of the store.
