Trailer Thieves Arrested

Salina police have made arrests in the case of two stolen trailers from K-Four Trailer Sales.

Police Capt. Mike Sweeney, tells KSAL News that the two people arrested and charged in connection with the stolen trailers are Kenny Lambert, 47, of Salina and Shannon Picking, 34, of Salina.

The trailers were stolen from K-Four’s property at 1815 N. 9th St. between May 3 and May 20.

Police determined that Lambert was responsible for the stolen trailers, however, Picking was charged two-counts of conspiracy in the case.

Although there have been two arrests, police have not yet recovered the two trailers.

The two trailers that are missing are both 20-foot PJ traielrs and are valued at $10,000 between the two of them.
