Three Killed In Wrong Way Crash

KSAL StaffJuly 14, 2014

A south-central teenager and two adults have died after collision involving a driver going the wrong way on a state highway.

The Kansas Highway Patrol identified the victims of Sunday’s accident as 16-year-old Dominic Stolfi of Benton, 27-year-old Lisa Hardy and 52-year-old Nancy Ross, both of Potwin.

The patrol says a car driven by Stolfi was traveling west in the eastbound lanes of Kansas 254 near the Butler/Sedgwick County line. A car driven by Hardy tried to swerve out of the way but was hit by Stolfi’s car. Ross was a passenger in Hardy’s car.
